Try a strong hard power reset, bleed power completely from system board and boot in safe mode with networking run SFC /scannow, if you can use dism tool do at least a scan health, try letting the system run in safe mode for a while and monitor if the behavior is in present in safe mode if possible Updating drivers would NOT help if the windows core is corrupt. If these systems are running on their original shipped image or since original production process image - most likely the image is corrupt itself
